However, above Curie temperature, the crystal boundary layer has lattice transformation, ferroelectricity disappears, the dielectric constant increases sharply, and electrons are difficult to cross the barrier, the resistivity of the corresponding material rises sharply, which is shown as the PTC effect of the material macroscopically.
